We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get started! Many new members ask during their first month or two with us. If you have a question, not included here, or want help getting started, simply ask the first staff member you see. We’re all here to help you. General Questions
Appointments are scheduled on a recurring basis at the same time and day. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call as soon as possible so we can reschedule both you and the fitness coach.
Training Questions
You’ll find that setting appointments keep you on track much better – leaving workouts to chance gives you too much opportunity to procrastinate! If you don’t have an appointment then you are welcome to workout on your own. Just take your file from filing cabinet and enjoy your workout.
